Rental Questions

Yes. Hatfield McCoy Trails require a valid trail permit. We can supply these, 65/year for Non Resident, 26.50 for WV Resident and we also have daily permits for rental customers.

Yes. All RMAX rentals include GPS with pre planned trail routes.

You must be 21 with a valid drivers license to operate any rental machine. Passengers must be at least 6 and meet Hatfield McCoy Trail’s criteria for size.

Yes we provide helmets, you are welcome to bring your own as well as long as it is DOT certified.

Yes, with all machine rentals, we require a $1000 dollar authorization on your credit card. When you bring the machine back in the same condition it left in, your deposit authorization will be lifted. The long wheelbase 4 seater we require a $1500 dollar deposit.

Understand that when you make a reservation, you are taking a machine out of inventory for us to be able to rent it to others. This is why we do not offer refunds. We will reschedule you if something were to arise that would keep you from completing your rental experience.

Cancelations made within 48 hours are not eligible for any refund or store credit for any reason.

If you book online you are able to purchase trip insurance that protects you and offers you a refund through peek protect.

The Yamaha Adventure Pro GPS System that we have in each of our SXS machines will guide you on trails to some of the most popular destinations (and back) in our area. This is exclusive to Yamaha, and our rental facility in the area.

We do not. The Hatfield-McCoy trails are so vast, you really need more than a couple hours to appreciate them. We offer daily rates on ATV and SXS rentals.
